Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production operation or manufacturing in tobacco industry.
• Understanding of basic principles in production.
• Gain 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
• Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules.
• Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
• Identifying and troubleshooting any productions issues.
• Making performance and progress reports management
