PRODUCT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred in this job
• Experienced in standard equipment handlers setup (Seiko Epson, Gravity Feed handler & SRM Handlers).
• Work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, Experience with ATE test platforms.
• Test environment knowledge. Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, planning and organizing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Test Support for semiconductor packages (Power, RF, Amplifier, SOC, etc..) online down issue which related to product related failure such as – *Low Yields, High Reject, Failures Validation, Wafer Issue, Reports, Down Time & etc..*.
• Support new device transfer and co-ordinate release product for mass production.
• Involve in yield improvement projects, semiconductor package level improvements
• Understand the line issue and work with customer for product level improvements.
• Assist customer product engineer in test analysis with data analysis tool
• Responsible for evaluating, characterizing, and test qualification
• Manage engineering test devices in production environment with automation tool
• Create data-oriented results and statistical results for analysis which leads to work on problem statement and possible root cause.
• Actively involves in NEW TESPROGRAM checkout, system setup, and compliance to error prove release in factory operation system
