PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Female, Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend to all correspondence regarding shipment orders
• Prepare purchase orders and purchase bills
• Formulate required relevant reports
• Arrange logistics for cargo handled by the department
• Liaise with accounts and sales departments to manage the smooth functions of tasks assigned
• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate all logistics pertaining to the suppliers and cargo requirements
• Responsible for the smooth function and coordination of all tasks assigned
• Update the systems and necessary filing systems

Requirements:

• Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• NC2 Domestic Work Certificate
• Employment Certificate
