Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Psychology.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child and aligns with educational standards.
Classroom Management: Establish a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive interactions and promotes respect among children.
Instruction: Facilitate engaging activities and lessons that promote language, motor skills, social skills, and emotional growth.
Assessment: Observe and assess each child’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating findings with parents and staff.
Communication: Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing support and resources as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to education and support the overall goals of the program.
Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
