PIZZAIOLO (PIZZA CHEF)

Qualifications:

• With a minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Pizzaiolo working in an Italian Pizzeria or Restaurant.
• Should have a degree in culinary arts.
• Must have TESDA NC II Training or Trade Test Certificates in Cookery & other related training certificates.
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Must be able to prepare and stretch pizza dough according to recipes and specifications.
• Create a variety of pizzas, including traditional and specialty options, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Select and combine fresh ingredients for toppings, sauces, and cheeses.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in pizza design.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Quality management and quality control
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good English communication skills.
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 62,000.00 net monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
