PIG FARM WORKER

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 minimum years of experience as PIG FARM WORKER in COMMERCIAL PIGGERIES.
• Candidates must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science (Swine Production/Animal Husbandry).
• Can confidently speak and understand English as mode of communication.
• Open for male or female applicants, age not older than 45 years old and Physically fit.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose livestock health issues. Handling and monitoring animals health.
• Perform pig littering activities such as clipping needle teeth, docking tails, administering iron and other medication(s), identification of piglets, and castration.
• Treat livestock health issues. Feed and tend animals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
• Maintain livestock performance records Maintain quality control and production records.
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs.
• Perform general farm duties.
