PHP Developer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Academic degree or equivalent technical education or experience with IT focus (e/g HTL/FH)
• Sound knowledge of web development PHP / JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Knowledge in the use of Git, Bitbucket and Jira
• Knowledge of programming apps is an advantage and Java programming language
• Interest in online marketing, content management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, realisation, and validation of software systems in the field of telematics, with focus on the functional realisation of web applications.
• The emphasis is on the usability and performance of the website under the pressure of high volumes of data traffic.
• Definition of new products with the new management and the development team
• Participation in the product management process
• Requirement analysis and adaptation of the pre-existing front end performance with very large data volumes and provide good usability
• Conceptual design, implementation, validation and maintenance of new software systems defined by the requirement analysis
• Responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
• Primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by co-workers into the application and basic understanding of front-end and telematics technologies is necessary as well
