Photocopier Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently while producing an exceptional quality of work .
- Installation and configuration: Setting up new multifunction devices, printers including network connectivity, ensuring they are properly configured and operational. CompTIA Network+ certification
- Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, perform routine maintenance task to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Customer support and Training: Providing technical support and assistance to clients, either on-site or over the C.P. , and educating clients on the proper use of equipment, including troubleshooting common issues.
- Upgrades and Compliance: Assisting in the installation of software upgrades or new features on existing MFPs, and other equipment. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety and industry standards.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts management. Properly maintain and inventory all parts and support equipment.
