PERSONAL / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and accurate correspondence.
• Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software and technology tools.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Executive Director’s schedule, including prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
• Maintain an organized filing system for documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal staff, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director, maintaining professional and positive relationships
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and effective communication within the organization
