PAINTER (TEAM LEADER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Highly experienced plumber who can lead a team
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of welders on complex projects.
• Professional painting experience, particularly in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in a variety of painting techniques (e.g., brush, roller, spray).
• Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes, and surfaces, including drywall, wood, metal, and concrete.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming) to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish.
• Applying specialty coatings and finishes (e.g., faux finishes, epoxy coatings).
• Troubleshoot and solve issues that arise during the painting process, such as unexpected surface conditions or changes in project scope.
