Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answers, screen and take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filling systems.
- Order and restock office supplies as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provide backup coverage for the receptionist as needed.
