OFFICE SECRETARY

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answers, screen and take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Maintain schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filling systems.
  • Order and restock office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Provide backup coverage for the receptionist as needed.
