Motor Rewinder

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in motor rewinding or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with vocational training in electrical repair or motor rewinding a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and motor operation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized winding equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
