TDG HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INC. (TDGHRM) is looking for HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS/EXCAVATOR for JAPAN

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS / EXCAVATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male
• 18 to 35 years old
• At least High School or Grade 12 graduates
• With work related experience (preferred, but not required)
• With related skills training, ex. NCII on any of these TESDA courses:
  • Heavy Equipment Operation/Services, Articulated Off-Highway Dump Truck, Backhoe Loader, Bulldozer, Concrete Pump, Container Stacker, Crawler Crane, Forklift, Rigid off-highway dump truck, Road Roller, Rough-Terrain Crane, Screed, Gantry Crane, Hydraulic Excavator, Motor Grader, Tower Crane/Crane Operator, Transit Mixer, Truck-Mounted Crane, Wheel Loader, Paver (preferred, but not required)
• Physically and mentally fit to work
• Willing to work in Japan for at least three (3) years or more
• Knows how to speak Japanese language or willing to learn (at least 360 hours)
• Ex-TITP need not apply

REQUIREMENTS:

• Updated and Complete Resume with most recent picture
• Scanned copies of the following in .pdf format:
  a. Valid Passport
  b. School Diploma
  c. Work-related Training Certificates
  d. Certificate/s of Employment (COE)
• Copy of Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar Certificate (PEOS), register at http://peos.poea.gov.ph/
