Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Male not more than 45 years old
• With minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in gulf country: previous experience working on maintenance of facilities in Gulf country

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, installing, maintaining and repairing various pumps, dock levelers, shutter doors and other mechanical hydraulic equipments.
• Execute daily maintenance activities according to established procedures, ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of rotary equipment, including pumps, compressors, gearboxes, agitators, chillers, boilers, blowers, and static equipment such as heat exchangers, valves, bagging machines, columns, tanks, graphite vessels, and glass-lined vessels.
• Perform alignment and replacement of bearings in rotary equipment, as well as installation and troubleshooting of mechanical seals in centrifugal pumps.
• Respond promptly to both scheduled and emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance checklist, work orders, and equipment documentation.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
