Mechanical Fitter

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Proven experience in plumbing, welding, and pipe fitting
• Experience in compressors will be considered an advantage
• Preferably with work experience in the glass bottle manufacturing industry
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing, welding, and pipe fitting tasks as required in the production facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Assist in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Work efficiently under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Support routine maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Willingness to be deployed as needed across different areas or projects.
