Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male not more than 45 years old
• With minimum 3 years experience
• With Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Have handled blue collar workforce
• Experience w/ facility design, maintenance and optimization.
• Knowledge on maintenance of HVAC, chillers, packages, FCU, dx units and storages (pharma products)
• Maintenance of mech platforms, dock levelers, Pumps, shutter doors, knowledge in project management of staff and spare parts handling
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
• Good communication
• Knowledgeable on Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD or REVIT)
• Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications
• Experience on CMMS Applications for Maintenance
