MEAT PACKER (PRODUCTION LINE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience not required ( training provided for inexperienced candidates) optimal years
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 15-25 kg when needed. Good physical health ( no joint, leg, back, or neck disorders; no hernias; physical endurance
• Must be able to process all types of meat ( pork, beef, poultry);
• Strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene requirement; punctuality, responsibility
• Experience as production operator for food industry

Responsibilities:

• The meat packer works on the production line to process, package and prepare meat products for distrbution.
• This role involves handling raw or processed meat, operating packaging equipment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Preparing products ( thermally processed and fresh) for packaging ( peeling, cutting, hanging, sorting);
