Material Planner / Expeditor

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Technical Certification related to position,
• Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial
• Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Thorough knowledge and training in planning principles and practices including material usage analysis, cataloging and stock-level monitoring and control
• Thorough knowledge of inventory control principles and forecasting system, 5 years of experience in material planning and supply in building construction

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and forecasting material requirements using software systems
• Coordinating with production and purchasing teams to ensure adequate supply of materials
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
