MATERIAL ANALYST & SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Logistic, Material EXP to support Turnaround & Maintenance

• Develops, revises, and maintains divisional procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance Ensure that best practice processes and procedures are in place to maintain the appropriate inventory levels for all areas
• Develop policies and procedures required for optimal material into production Coordinates and schedules on time delivery of complex parts, commodities following established procedures
• Min/max inventory level review and provide suggestions for adjustment to align with company inventory level goals Excess and obsolete inventory analysis and suggested inventory usage strategy to minimize scrap inventory
• Maintain Material Release systems Maintain the integrity of the Perpetual Inventory Resolve receiving discrepancy issues Monitor external requisitions and orders to ensure placement
