MANUFACTURER TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Good English communication skills.
• Must have knowledge in Wet layup (cutting manual lamination – polymerization), vacuum bag procedure, pre-peg (pre-impregnated technology), vacuum infusion.
• Must have experience in the following: Glass fiber, carbon fiber, epoxy resin, polyester, vinyl ester resins, various core materials for sandwich structures (cork, synthetic foams, hybrid reinforcing materials, etc.).
• Has used the following equipment: Industrial oven/s; Autoclave

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and machining of aircraft parts and structural elements, made of composite;
• Use of raw materials and auxiliary materials in accordance with technological regulations;
• Use of composite tools in accordance with prescribed manufacturing instructions.
