MANAGER SUPPLY & DISTRIBUTION

Qualifications:

• Business management, retail management, back-office system administration or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, strong ability to multi-task, follow-up and manage competing priorities independently.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
• Passion for problem solving and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Trendy- able to identify new trends in the market and set the market pace.
• Ability to work flexible schedule during weekdays and weekends as dictated by business needs.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire process of the supply chain from purchase, storage, distribution and display.
• Dictate policies on inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
• Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.
• Operating recording systems to track all movements of inventory, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange promotions & strategize to move slow moving stock via promotions & marketing ideas, to ensure all stock procured are moving and sold.
