Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Working experience is required in designing of mechanical equipment; Familiar with office software such Word and Excel as well as Cad in addition to related professional knowledge are preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above, major in hydraulic/mechanical engineering
• More than five years working experience in hydraulic system design and Experience in maintenance of large hydraulic cylinders and systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Able to carry out hydraulic system scheme, schematic design, component selection and drawing design according to production needs
• Responsible for calculation and design of related hydraulic components, accessories and pumping stations
• Guide the installation and commissioning of the hydraulic system at the production site, and compile relevant technical documents;
• Prepare technical documents in accordance with relevant regulations, and cooperate with mechanical and electrical engineers to complete product design work.
• Able to independently complete the design of the hydraulic system, component selection, and independent completion of the mechanical and mechanism design, familiar with the brand performance of hydraulic components, etc.
• Prepares Daily Task monitoring and material requisition monitoring reports
• Prepares As-Built plans of the completed project; Provides Technical support on all mechanical related works inside the plant.
• Proficiency in the application of CAD, Solid works, Pro/e or UG software
• Familiar with various domestic and foreign hydraulic components (especially cartridge valves and pumps), and match different hydraulic systems according to the different needs of customers;
• Familiar with the performance and use requirements of hydraulic components, be able to select appropriate control components, power components, executive components, etc. according to the performance requirements of the hydraulic complete set of equipment, and design the corresponding hydraulic system.
