MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Field Maintenance experience as Maintenance Supervisor focusing on the execution day to day activities.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
