iPack is hiring a Machine Operator (Printing Section) responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing machines used in high-quality packaging and paper production. The role ensures accurate printing output, machine efficiency, and strict adherence to quality standards.

MACHINE OPERATOR (Printing Section)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in offset printing machine operation.
• Experience in Heidelberg Speedmaster 102, Komori L440, KBA 105, or KBA 106.5 machines is required.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and color management.
• Ability to perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and strong quality control skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• No minimum educational attainment required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up offset printing machines including Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 (4-color).
• Operate Komori L440 (4-color) offset printing machines.
• Operate KBA 105 (5-color) and KBA 106.5 with coating offset printing machines.
• Prepare machines for production by setting ink, plates, alignment, and color calibration.
• Monitor print quality, including color consistency, registration, and print accuracy.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting during production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of printing equipment.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of printing jobs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for technical support when needed.
