Nashar Meat Company is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to work in our meat processing plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating industrial meat processing machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient production lines.

MACHINE OPERATOR (MEAT PROCESSING PLANT)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in meat processing plants.
• Experience with high-capacity industrial processing lines.
• Exposure to international retail or QSR customer standards preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in food processing or machinery operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor meat processing machines in accordance with production plans.
• Ensure machinery is set up correctly and running efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of processing equipment.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with international regulations.
• Follow quality control standards to meet retail or QSR customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output targets.
• Keep accurate records of machine operations and production outputs.
