MACHINE OPERATOR (FROZEN PRODUCTS)

Qualifications:

• With experience in food manufacturing specifically in ice cream factory and frozen products.
• Knowledge in production operations of ice cream products and machine operations.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in operations line set up, trouble shooting, maintenance, monitoring packaging.
• Ensure production as per product card
• Ability to achieve machines production efficiency.
• Knowledge in 5s/ gmp/ tpm. Equipment operation and monitoring sop’s.
• Doing daily reporting in tally / excel.
• Daily shift log book, data-entry with required parameters knowledge in safety and quality assurance.
