LGV Operator

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 – 4 years experience as LGV Operator in Ceramics Factory.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities of LGV operation involve the setup, and maintenance of a machine.
• Duties include entering preprogrammed instructions that LGV uses to operation.
• Support process technicians by monitoring all processes with LGV automation.
• Maintenance of LGV and robots related equipment to reduce/eliminate down-time and provide maximum service life of equipment.
• Monitor the quality of LGV production and products to utilize the instrument up to maximum level.
• Ensure to check LGV’s batteries life to avoid breakdown & production losses.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and wiring electrical control panels or equipment remote actuators and inputs and outputs as well pneumatic and hydraulic lines.

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
