Laundry and Ironing Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel setting
• Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Prior experience working in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Experience working abroad is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good personal hygiene and a presentable appearance
• Strong knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate care procedures

Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort clothes according to type and fabric.
• Operate washing and drying machines as per instructions.
• Use cleaning and disinfecting products safely and effectively.
• Iron clothes using manual or steam irons to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and equipment daily.
• Package cleaned and ironed garments and prepare for delivery (if required).
