LAMINATOR (FRP/RTR)

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as LAMINATOR (FRP/RTR) – TESDA Training Certificate is a must.
• Skilled in the use of grinders, rollers, brushes, and cutting tools.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand lay-up and lamination of FRP/RTR components using fiberglass mat, cloth, and resins.
• Prepare molds and surfaces by cleaning, waxing, or applying release agents.
• Accurately mix resins and catalysts according to technical guidelines.
• Trim, grind, and finish laminated parts using power tools and hand tools.
• Conduct dimensional checks and inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformance to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
