LABORATORY TECHNICIAN FOR ROAD PROJECT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Ability to perform all laboratory work, material quality testing and field quality testing as per project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design mixtures as per specifications and make necessary adjustments based on test results.
• Perform field quality testing as per project requirements.
• Perform other tasks required for laboratory work and field testing
• Responsible for maintaining the laboratory and ensuring the validity and accuracy of the testing equipment.
• Supervise laboratory assistants to perform laboratory work, material quality testing and field quality testing as per project requirements.
• Assist and coordinate with QA/QC engineers on project quality control aspects (including documentation).
• Responsible for supervising the batching plant, including directing operators to adjust mixtures as required.
• Responsible for recording and filing test results, including preparing all forms required for the project as per specifications.
