JAPANESE HOT COOK

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position from a reputable Japanese Restaurant
• Experience in preparing traditional Japanese hot dishes such as ramen, tempura, sukiyaki, or teppanyaki is highly desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or high-volume kitchen environment is beneficial.
  Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, particularly in Japanese cuisine, is preferred.
• Traditional Japanese Dishes: Understanding of traditional Japanese hot dishes such as ramen, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, tempura, teriyaki, and kare (Japanese curry) is essential.
