IT NETWORK TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
• Fluent in spoken and written English, including technical terminology related to workstations and computer networking
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting workstations and peripheral devices
• Ability to understand work directions and comply with safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in:
  • Supporting MS Windows operating systems
  • Configuring and repairing workstations and peripheral devices
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating computers and peripherals
  • Managing device interfaces and ensuring smooth functionality
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting computing devices

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
