IT (Laptop) TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferable in the Laptop service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner
• Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Notebook – installing, configuring, and maintaining which are bought for service
• Providing technical assistance and support related to the services of home electronics equipment.
• Coordinate with Brand on live issues or routine maintenance and ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Requirements:

• Updated resume with Photo
• Certificate of Employment
• Valid passport
