INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER

Qualifications

• Has 3 years of experience in FMCG environment
• Has hands-on experience in Finance and a basic understanding of IT.
• Team player and can handle pressure.
• Well-versed in conducting physical count in an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge in inventory reconciliation and analysis.
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Has experience using an ERP system such as NAV.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the liquidation of all generated invoices every day and timely submission to Accounts Receivable.
• Daily Tracking of any delayed or undelivered invoices with Warehouse and resolve/investigate missing invoices by the Warehouse.
• Ensure finished goods transfers from Production to Warehouse follow the policies and procedures of the company.
• Document significant discrepancies and report it to Supply Chain for communication to Suppliers.
• Develop monthly reporting module for Spares and consumables and ensure periodic stock take are reported on time.
