INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Refining or Petrochemical Industry to supervise construction activities relating to Instrumentation, Control and Safety System.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills as well as problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of standard Safety rules and Quality processes
• Familiar with the construction of Instrumentation
• With documented experience in similar activities (oil refining or petrochemical)

Responsibilities:

• Review and follow the Field Change Request forms.
• Monitoring of the assigned work and ensure that all works are carried out according to the safety rules, procedures, specifications, roadmaps, planning and quality standards.
• Follow up the project schedule regarding Instrumentation tasks and coordination with commissioning and installation.
• Ensure that all work is carried out under the permit conditions and performing regular audits.
• Examination of the quality of the work is carried out and sign for correct execution on the QA/QC form.
• Identify and report any damage or defects and provide solutions.
• Attending and monitoring inspection and commissioning activities.
• Surveilling the Site documentation Management System, i.e. ensuring the quality of the technical work and the technical integrity, reliability, functionality and safe operation of the design.
