Industrial Mechanical Technician (Machine Operator)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and repair a variety of equipment including machines, high pressure pumps, air compressors, hydraulic systems, overhead cranes, gearboxes
• Performs preventive/predictive maintenance
• Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
• Installs or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts.
• Tests machines for proper operation.
• Performs basic working knowledge on machines operation and associated operating systems.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests
• Performs complete proper paperwork as assigned.
• Reporting to General Manager/Dept. Manager:
• Receiving instructions on daily maintenance works
• Reporting daily activities and tasks.
• Experience in PIR/PUR Continuous sandwich panel line will be an advantage
