HVAC Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Technical/vocational training (minimum) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Industry certification in HVAC or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting, guiding technicians, and developing SOPs.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Good customer service and ability to follow/enforce SOPs.
• Leadership, accountability, and negotiation skills (Foreman).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Ability to develop schedules and submit weekly reports (Supervisor & Foreman).

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
