• Training and development: Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Compensation and benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation, health insurance, and vacation
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with national and local HR regulations
• Policies and practices: Enforcing company policies and practices
• Culture: Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture
• Consulting: Advising other managers on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
