HOUSEKEEPING

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year hotel experience
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, halls, and bathrooms
• Sanitizing: Ensuring that all areas are clean and sanitized
• Restocking: Replenishing supplies like toiletries, towels, and other amenities
• Laundry: Washing towels, linens, and other cleaning equipment
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally

• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
• Candidate must have ready passport
