HEAVY TRUCK MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 extensive hands-on experience as a mechanic with trucks (Volvo).
• Extensive hands-on experience as a mechanic with the heavy plant (Volvo).
• With a valid license to drive Heavy goods.
• Overseas experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the baking industry, including hotels, bakeries, restaurants and cafes.
• Sell and promote a range of baking products, including flour, bakery and pastry premixes, and other specialty ingredients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those requirements.
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by following a strategic sales plan.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to inform business strategy.
