HEAD WAITERS

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must have several years of experience as a waiter, with a strong background in the food service industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead the wait staff team.
• Oversee the work of waiters, assign sections, and provide guidance to ensure smooth service operations.
• Ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train new waitstaff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their performance and adherence to service standards.
• Assist in creating work schedules for waitstaff, taking into account peak dining hours and special events.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
• Oversee order taking, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of orders.
