Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Not more than 40 years old
• With Diploma or NC II related in Culinary/ Cookery
• With at least 1 year relevant professional experience
• With experience in operating kitchen equipment
• Able to prepare food according to the restaurant quality
• Able to assess the daily raw material needs, check whether the raw, semi-finished and finished products meet the standard
• Have to manage the kitchen independently
• Good English communication
