• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform maintenance and light repairs, Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc., Preparing walls, ceilings, and floors
• Know how to take instruction from the supervisor
