Guest Service Attendant

Qualifications:

• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed.
• Posture: Maintains good standing posture.
• Customer service: Excellent customer service skills and approachable demeanor.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English, with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
• Availability: Able to work 24/7, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests
• Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile
• Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
• Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
• Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries

Requirements:

• Candidate must have ready passport
