Job Description:

• Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient’s immediate condition or needs within time frame specified by client facility’s policies, procedures or protocols.
• Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
• Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient
