Our employer is in need of the following position for Kuwait:

GENERAL COOK

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Must have 2 years of experience for the same field.
• Knowledgeable in Mediterranean Cuisine and Asian Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Very good cooking skills in multiple cuisines.
• Attending the briefing and helping at order receiving.
• Ensuring his equipment is working properly
• Executing all daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Executing all stations procedure
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Responsible for store cleaning, both back and front of the house, which will include but not limited to general store and kitchen cleaning, washing of dishes, cleaning equipment, cleaning floors, walls and store fronts.
• Must ensure a hygienic store across all surfaces.
• Follow the instructions of opening & closing of the restaurants

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
