FRONT DESK AGENT

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and reservations by the guest.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign room
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
