Our employer Jash Technical Services is in need of the following:

FOOD SAFETY OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• Bachelor Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary or Chemical Course
• Minimum 4 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position
• Fluency in written and verbal English language

Responsibilities:

• Qualified in implementation of EMS, OHSAS and QMS and QHSE practices
• Protect public health by ensuring food safety and preventing foodborne illnesses.
• They do this by visiting food businesses, inspecting their hygiene and equipment
• Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills
• Food safety knowledge is must
• Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
• Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
• Possess excellent training and report writing skills
