FOOD COST CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven work experience in food costing.

Responsibilities:

• A food cost controller, also known as an F&B cost controller, is responsible for managing the costs of food and beverages in a restaurant or other F&B establishment.
• Cost control: Ensure that costs are within budget and that resources are used effectively
• Inventory: Maintain inventory and keep track of perpetual inventory
• Cost analysis: Calculate costs for food and beverages, and analyze profit and loss for each item sold
